I really wanted to write about something awesome for my first official post. Really, I did. Unfortunately the best I can think of is that a client accused us, me indirectly because I sent the email, of sending her gay porn. Considering I work for a community newspaper, and we're not even allowed to have anything even slightly suggestive anywhere in the paper, that’s very unlikely to happen. And I could lose my job, something I like very much. But it would have been funny though. If you’ve ever met or communicated with any real estate agents, you’ll know that a lot of them are easily scandalized and very much like that prudish family member that most of us have. Oh, to have been a fly on the wall of that office. I actually think that the agent in question had the porn on her computer to start with, got caught, and used us as a scapegoat. I find the entire situation hilarious so I don't mind.
Yeah. That’s about the best I’ve got. Sorry.
Other than that, I’ve decide to write another Alexa and Mason adventure. I had so much fun researching and writing Treasured Conscience that I’ve decided to do another one as soon as I’m done with Black Basement, my current WIP. I wrote the original one for the Science in my Fiction contest and I’ve decided to stick to the same basic contest outlines for any other Alexa(yes Lood, I changed her name) and Mason adventures I’ll be writing in the future. And I’ve got to say, I’m really looking forward to it. I liked the two siblings and the dynamic they’ve got going so I definitely want to spend more time with them. I’m planning on writing the second story while I outline and gather ideas for my next project.
In other word, I’m an aspiring author and this could possibly turn into a writing/venting blog. We’ll have to see how things turn out.
